Mr Christian’s lawyer Michael Palillo instructed the new York Day by day News: ‘He’s by no means been arrested.
‘His solely crime was being a younger black guy shopping for a $300 belt.’
A Barneys retailer employee had requested the 19-12 months-outdated for ID when he used his Chase debit card to purchase the belt. Mr Christian showed the clerk his state ID.
